Community Development Block Grant

The Erie County Department of Planning is responsible for the administration of CDBG entitlement funds approximating $1 million annually. Currently, the funds are doled out amongst the following entities which have met the requisite criteria which “entitles” them to receive an annual CDBG allocation from the State or HUD.
